Sugar Pact Privacy Policy
Effective August 13, 2026
Sugar Pact stores the minimum information needed to operate your 365-day commitment, restore access, protect purchases, and improve reliability.
Information we process
- Your Firebase account identifier and, if you choose email sign-in, your email address.
- Your verified App Store purchase identifiers and entitlement status. Apple processes payment; Sugar Pact does not receive your card details.
- Your daily added-sugar declarations, reminder preference, commitment dates, and in-app points.
- Basic app interaction, diagnostics, and crash information through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
- Messages you deliberately send through in-app support.
How information is used
We use it only to provide and restore the app experience, verify purchases, calculate progress, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and diagnose reliability problems. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
Reminders
Daily reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone after your permission. Sugar Pact does not require remote advertising notifications for this feature.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account and progress inside Settings. Account data and answers are deleted. Limited transaction audit data may be retained where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and verified purchase restoration.
Your choices
You can disable reminders in the app or iOS Settings, use Apple or passwordless email to restore an account, and submit privacy questions through Settings → Contact support.
