Sugar Pact Terms of Use

The subscription

The localized annual price shown by Apple is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically each year at the displayed annual price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Purchases and refunds are processed under Apple's terms.

Protected dollars and points

Protected dollars and points are behavioral scores. They are not deposited, held, invested, refundable, transferable, or redeemable as cash.

Your declarations

The experience relies on your honest daily answer. Sugar Pact is not medical advice, diagnosis, nutrition tracking, or treatment. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

Accounts and service

You are responsible for maintaining access to your linked Apple or email account. Service may occasionally be interrupted. A check-in saved offline remains pending until the server accepts it.

Application license

Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These Sugar Pact service terms supplement that license for the subscription experience.
